I am a Human Resources leader known for developing new programs and training, dramatically improving employee retention and leadership performance. In addition, by conducting extensive employee feedback research, I design initiatives to address underlying issues across many industries. Executives value my talent for identifying core workforce needs and taking action to develop and drive projects. Some of my successes include dramatically reducing turnover, introducing retention programs, spearheading leadership development programs, and creating succession plans looking toward the future. In addition, leading culture shifts and change management during highly stressful times are some of my specialties.
I have worked in some of the most well-known luxury brands in hospitality and have created high-performing teams by leading with a people-first philosophy. In addition, I develop and facilitate Leadership Development workshops with high energy and an eye on drawing people in for maximized learning. My passion lies in helping companies and people thrive.
I have a talent for spotting potential in people and I am passionate about growing and supporting people so they realize their full potential.
I live in Montana with my husband, Chip, and our two Wirehaired Pointing Griffons. I am digging in my garden and renovating my backyard when not working towards creating a better employee experience and workforce. You may also find me skiing down the slopes in Big Sky with Chip.
